   The codes.

   For the full powers of Jeffar, hold down 1 2 3 keys while starting the game.

 F1   Toggle showing of position.
 F3   Toggle player.
 F6   Ruler.

   Add MEGAHIT2 or YIPPEEYAHOO to the command line to use the following codes.

 +    Increase time left.         
 -    Decrease time left. 
        
 COMMAND G    Access the level select screen.          

 COMMAND K    Destroy all foes. 
 COMMAND L    Go to the next level.        
 COMMAND R    Bring you back to life.          
 COMMAND T    Obtain an extra health point.
 COMMAND V    Version number. 

   Use the following with the SHIFT key.
 B    Blind mode.          
 I    Toggle inverting the screen. 
 K    Lose one health point.
 N    Level skip.
 R    Display the room number and jump right.       
 T    Gain energy.         
 W    Display the room number and jump left.            
        
   Use the following with the ALT key.

 D    Make Dump?.txt. Debug info.

   I think use the following with the ALT key, if not, use alone.

 H    View one screen left.
 J    View one screen right.
 K    Opponents die.
 N    Go to next level.
 R    Resurrection.
 U    View one screen up.
