   The codes.

   After selecting a world on the main starting map,
 you will get a choice of several levels. To access
 the closed levels, hold the TAB key and type OPENALL
 and press BACKSPACE.

   During a level hold the TAB key and type one of
 the following.

 GOLDENS      Show all coins.
 POINTS       Maximum energy.

   During a level hold the TAB key and type one of
 the following, then press the BACKSPACE key. 

 LIVES05      5 extra lives.
 LIVES20      20 extra lives.
 LIVES50      50 extra lives.
 MOVERAY      Toggle moving Raymon around with the
                 ARROW keys.
